General Questions
We are based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
All items are shipped using 100% recyclable mailing satchels and/or cardboard boxes. These are puncture and tear resistant and provide protection from the weather, keeping your items dry and secure in transit.
We currently accept all major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard and VISA along with PayPal and AfterPay.
My Order
Orders can be tracked with select shipping methods nominated at checkout. These include but are not limited to, Standard Tracked Parcels and Express Tracked Shipping (for both Domestic and International orders). A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us at support@makiamdesigns.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it cannot be modified.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you would like to cancel an order prior to dispatch, please contact us at support@makiamdesigns.com at your earliest convenience.

Our Products
Our scrunchies are designed and made in Victoria, Australia. We have worked hard to find and select the best craftsmen to produce the highest quality products.
Each listing is for ONE scrunchies unless otherwise stated.
- Approximately 3.5-4” in diameter and 1.5-2” wide.
- Elastic wraps around your hair twice or thrice depending on one’s hair thickness.
- 3mm wide cords elastic is used in each scrunchies.
Lots of love and care goes into each individual scrunchies. Our elastic leaves the scrunchies secure all day and won’t snap!
Our earring are designed and crafted in Victoria, Australia. We have worked hard to find and select the best craftsmen who produce only the highest quality products.

Product Care
Cold machine wash or on the delicate cycle in a laundry bag.
Let them hang to dry
Keep your jewellery away from water, contact with perfume, lotion and other chemicals.
Clean your jewellery with a chemical free polishing cloth.
Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place.
Shipping Questions
We ship worldwide from Victoria, Australia. We also offer free standard shipping worldwide orders over $150.

We process & post within 1-2 business days, unless there is a question regarding your order in which case we will contact you via email.
Postage times are estimated from the next day after postage has occurred. You will receive an email confirmation to that your parcel postage has occurred.
We offer standard shipping worldwide and express post in Australia only, both with tracking via Australia Post.
Unfortunately, we do not offer parcel pick up.
Return & Refund
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges after your order has been dispatched.

Although we take every measure to ensure products are inspected and meet our standards, if any items are faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and kindly ensure to include your order number and a photo of the faulty item.
